Service Description

Vendors, pick your dates for booth space at our event: Christmas of Enchantment ~ A production of Big Jim Farms The event will start Nov. 24th and last until Dec. 30th. We plan to be open daily with vendors on-site Fri-Sun weekly. Vendor hours will be: Fri:10am - 8pm Sat:10am - 8pm Sun:10am - 8pm The cost for a space is: $50 per day with discounts offered for multiple dates booked Pick and choose your dates. Each day will be limited to 20 vendors first come first serve on booking. After 20 have been booked, we will add a waitlist and call you if any booked vendors cancel. No refunds offered. Tent & heating included. Must bring your own tables and chairs. We can make special arrangements with vendors that are not able to pay upfront. Please email bigjimfarms@gmail.com with this request as soon as possible so we can secure your spot. Case by case basis depending on need. May take additional time to process and your preferred dates may be sold out.
